Towing
When towing is necessary, the Member’s Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility or to another location requested by the Member for up to five (5) miles at no expense to the Member. Any costs for towing service in excess of five (5) miles must be paid by the Member directly to the independent service provider at the time services are rendered.

Battery Service/Vehicle Won't Start
If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the Member’s Covered Vehicle or to tow the Covered Vehicle if battery assistance is not available or successful.

Flat Tire Assistance
Towing assistance will be provided to tow the Covered Vehicle to the nearest qualified service facility.

Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any Covered Vehicle in immediate need.

Lock-out Assistance
Provides assistance with unlocking the Covered Vehicle’s compartments in the event the keys are lost or locked inside. Towing assistance will be provided if necessary.

Extrication Assistance
Provides assistance with extricating a Covered Vehicle when stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area, when such location is within 50 meters of a paved road or highway. This service does not cover extrication or winching when the Member is intentionally riding the covered scooter off-road or on other unpaved services.

Warranty Registration
Within 7 days dealer must register product warranty after a vehicle is sold. QLINK will keep records of all the registration forms for the warranty policy on all the units.

No warranty claim will be processed unless the product warranty is registered with QLINK.

Vehicle Owner’s Responsibilities:
Vehicle’s owner must properly use, maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the QLINK owner’s manual.
Owner of the unit must service and maintain the vehicle according to the Service Schedule and Record Sheet in order to maintain the warranty.*
Any warranty repairs must be performed ONLY by authorized QLINK dealers.
Any warranty work done by an unauthorized QLINK dealer will not be covered under the warranty policy.
Periodic services and inspections can be performed by authorized QLINK dealer or any reputable cycle repair shop.

*Periodic service and inspections are considered regular maintenance and not reimbursable.

Authorized QLINK Dealer’s Responsibilities:
Warranty repairs will be made at no charge for parts and labor to the consumer or the dealer.
Any replacement parts will be replaced with new parts.
Warranty terms and rights may vary from state to state.
Any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty.

Limited Warranty
All new QLINKcycles and scooters are covered with 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, and ATVs are covered with 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Only QLINK authorized dealers can submit warranty claim not consumers. The warranty registration needs to be on file with QLINK before a warranty claim can be processed, unless the claim is due to shipping or crate damage and the unit has not yet been sold.
Initial dealer pre-delivery inspections and set up of the product are very important in ensuring trouble free operation.

SELLING A UNIT IN THE CRATE OR WITHOUT THE PROPER SET UP WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE! THIS UNIT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR QLINK ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EITHER!

Warranty starts from date of purchase by the consumer from their QLINK dealer for all QLINK products. During the warranty policy period, QLINK will only cover all warranty parts and labor. The dealer is required to order parts for all warranty work to be performed and once the work is completed, the dealer should submit a warranty claim for full labor reimbursement within 7 days.

Any damage which results from the following are not covered by warranty:
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of the periodic maintenance is not covered, improper repair or adjustment or maintenance, using product as a rental vehicle or commercial use, unauthorized modification made to the product, keeping riding when the vehicle is overheating, installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that changes the original engineering.
