We value you as our customer and your complete satisfaction is important to us. If after 5 days of receiving your vehicle, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just give our customer service department a call and we will work towards finding a resolution to your problem, including issuing a refund.
The following is our Return Policy Agreement:
- You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from our Customer Service Department. Vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. You must submit a copy of your original invoice with your return.
- Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new, re-sellable condition.
- If you alter, modify, misuse, improper service or assembly then this policy will not apply.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges including the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- Helmets, garments and clothing can not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
This policy will not supersede California Vehicle code, California Lemon Law or the “No Cooling off period law” in California. We want to ensure that our California Customers are completely happy and we will work our hardest towards resolving any issues but we need to comply with our state laws and regulations.
